"I walk and/or hike everyday in my walking boots for my heart health and well being and that was being jeopardized with plantar fasciitis. They were a bit uncomfortable especially during the first couple days then still a little uncomfortable 2 weeks before I knew they were going to work for me this time. Though some of the other brands - like the popular name you buy in stores are more comfortable at first - these insoles actually help my feet heal must faster than ever before when I had this same problem in the past mostly from doing long hiking. "I've been dealing with plantar fascaitis for months and have tried numerous inserts and shoes trying to relieve the pain. The orthotic inserts my doctor recommended were far too harsh in the arch and hurt worse than no inserts at all. These insoles seem to hit the sweet spot of just enough arch support and great padding/softness in the heel. Everyone's needs and feet are different so these may not be perfect for everyone, nor have they completely resolved my foot pain. However, they are the most comfortable inserts I've tried to date and have ordered a second pair."
